What early access means

The Android app is not out yet

baalot is not on the Play Store yet. Early access means you hear first, on the day it is.

Joining the list takes an email address

Nothing else is asked for. You confirm it once, and you can leave the list by replying to any email we send.

Institutions can start before launch

Elections are set up and run from the admin dashboard in a browser, so a union, faculty or company does not wait on the app.

Registering is free

Registering an institution creates no account, no institution page and no plan yet. It tells us who you are so a person can set it up with you.

What happens after you join the list

1. You confirm your email

   We email you a link. Open it and press Confirm, and only then are you on the list.

2. A welcome email

   Once you confirm, you get one email titled “You’re on the list”, so you know it worked.

3. Launch day email

   The day the Android app is live on the Play Store, you get one email with the link.

4. Short product notes

   After launch, a note when something new ships. Reply to any of them and we take you off the list.

Register your institution before launch.

Unions, faculties, associations and companies can register now, before the Android app is on the Play Store. Here is what happens after you send the form.

1. You register

   Fill in the form below with your name, email and institution. Pick a plan if you know it, or leave it as not sure.

2. A receipt in your inbox

   An email titled “Your institution is registered” confirms we have it. Reply to it to add details or change anything.

3. A person follows up

   Someone from baalot emails you from [email protected] to set up your institution with you before the app launches.

4. Your admins take over

   Staff and community leaders you name sign in at admin.baalot.site, where elections are set up and run.
